About the Jean Monnet Chair
The Jean Monnet Chair at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL) is dedicated to strengthening and advancing education in European Union Law in Uzbekistan. Through this project, the university offers courses on both the fundamental and advanced aspects of EU Law for undergraduate and graduate students.

Key objectives of the Jean Monnet Chair project include:
Basic EU Law courses: These courses are designed for undergraduate students and cover the essential principles and concepts of European Union Law.
Advanced courses: Graduate students are offered an in-depth study of substantive EU Law, helping them gain a better understanding of legal processes and mechanisms within Europe.
Development and publication of educational materials: The project focuses on creating modern textbooks and study guides on EU Law, designed to support both students and faculty.
International cooperation: One of the project’s goals is to establish connections with foreign universities and engage in experience exchange with other Jean Monnet Chair holders worldwide.
The Jean Monnet Chair at TSUL promotes innovative educational approaches, such as blended learning, which includes online courses and practical sessions, as well as the digitalization of the learning process. Additionally, the project offers supplementary activities, including guest lectures, seminars, and participation in international conferences.
This project plays a crucial role in preparing professionals capable of working in an international environment and applying their knowledge in the context of European Union integration.
