Doctor of Law, Professor Umarkhanova Dildora Sharipkhanovna was born in 1984 in Tashkent.

In 2001 she entered, and in 2005 she graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2005-2007 he studied at the magistracy of this institute.

D. Umarkhanova in 2005-2006 was a legal assistant in the law firm "BSM - ADVOKAT", in 2006-2010 a lawyer in the law firm "BSM - ADVOKAT", in 2007-2010 a postgraduate student of the Tashkent State Law Institute. , law firm "PEACE WINDS" in 2010-2011 lawyer, in 2011-2013 lecturer, senior lecturer at the Department of International and Comparative Law of the Tashkent State Law Institute, in 2013-2014 senior lecturer at the Department of International Public Law of the Tashkent State University of Law , in 2015-2017 senior researcher at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy Candidate, in 2018-2020 he worked as an associate professor and head of the department of public international law at the Tashkent State University of Law University.

From 2020 to the present, he has been working as the dean of the Faculty of International Law and Comparative Law of the Tashkent State University of Law. She defended her Ph.D. thesis in 2010, the academic title of associate professor was awarded in 2019.

In 2018 she defended her doctoral dissertation, and since 2022 she has been a professor at the Department of International Law and Human Rights. Member of the Advisory and Coordinating Council at the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Expert in the field of "Jurisprudence" on the recognition of documents on education in foreign countries, established by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Member of the scientific seminar 12.00. 10-International law in the specialty (legal sciences), held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy under the Academic Council for the award of academic degrees No. DSc.11/30.12.2019.Tar/Yu/I/S/24.01 . In addition, he is the Deputy Chairman of the Academic Council No. DSc.07/30.12.2019.Yu.22.01, established on the basis of the Academic Council of the Tashkent State Law University on a one-time specialization 12.00.10. - international law. As part of her scientific activities, she took part in 2 international and 3 national grants. So far, she has supervised about 50 master's theses, 6 independent researchers (PhD) and 1 doctoral dissertation (D.Sc.).

Research interests: International public law, international criminal law, human rights, gender equality, international law of treaties.

Her role in the Project: As a Staff category I (Senior official/Dean) according to ISCO-88 (COM), she is Head of Project`s Team of TSUL and Official Representative acting on behalf of TSUL and being responsible for mid-point and final progress reports on Project`s activities. She is responsible for a whole Project`s accomplishment keeping all Project’s entities working together, assuring internal coherence and solidarity. Her personal responsibility includes also assuring in a timely manner research publications and teaching activities foreseen within the Project.

Preparing information and news for media-press and others belong to her competence.

In addition, she is personal responsible for Website building process and secure consistent work of the Jean Monnet Chair website.

At the same time, as member of working group she will participate in teaching process, lecturing and conducting seminar-workshop discussions. She will also take part in the Project`s events and dissemination activities.
